This is an excellent condition 12' Fibreglass boat with 1983 35HP 2-stoke Johnson Seahorse Motor. Engine is electric start. It is ready to fish/go out.
Boat has no issue, no leaks and runs great.
Always stored in the garage.
Trailer is in excellent condition.
Tires are in perfect condition too (see picture).

Bimini top (Boat cover) is almost brand new, bought and installed it this year. It will protect you from rain and heat. You don't have to take it out and store it separately. It is mounted in the boat and can be kept there folding it down for storage.
Johnson Motor (35HP, 2 stroke, electric start) also has no issue, tuned recently (with new impeller). It can get you 23 mph max with 2 person in it. 6 gallon tank and separate battery included. Minnkota electric trolling motor, 55lb thrust good enough for easy trolling without the main motor running. I have separate battery for electric motor.

It is a perfect boat who has small house with a regular garage but still wants to own a great boat. You can take it to lakes and rivers easily. I took it to Willametter and Columbia river without problem, but never to Ocean. Because it is lighter, you can even have a sedan full size car to tow it. It requires less gas for car as well compared to bigger boats. Very simple operation, less maintenance.
It is perfect for a new couple, or couple with two small kids. It is 4 person boat but not comfortable for all 4 adults though. I figured 3 adults are fine or 2 adults with 2 small kids. If you are new to motorized boating and wants to learn boating as a first owner, this is really for you. I am selling it as my parents are living with me too, so I needed a bigger boat for my family and parents.
